Florida Georgia Line will headline the next Encore Drive-In Nights concert, which will be broadcast to outdoor drive-ins and select cinemas across North America and around the world Saturday night, June 12. Gates open at 7:30PM for the 8:30PM showtime. FGL’s performance will feature special guests Nelly, Chase Rice and Rachel Wammack.

One-night-only special event on Thursday January 14th. Gates open at 8:00pm and the film will play at 8:20pm.
Tickets are $10 per person. Space is limited to 180 cars and every person in the vehicle must have a ticket. We do anticipate that this event will sell out.

On Thursday, November 12th The South Bay Drive-in is proud and pleased to support Coronado Island Film Festival's Opening Night featuring Searchlight Pictures, NOMADLAND. Winner of the Golden Lion Award at this year’s Venice Film Festival, it continues to draw critical acclaim. The film overflows with humanity, complexity, and solitude set amidst the landscape and beauty of the American West. Based on Jessica Bruder’s non-fiction book Nomadland: Surviving America in the 21st Century, the film follows Fern (Frances McDormand), an invented character, on her nomadic journey in 2008 following the economic crash. McDormand, who produced the film, delivers a raw, stubborn, and tender performance that will no doubt land her on many awards shortlists this year. Brilliantly directed and written by Chloé Zhao, who paces the film in a subtle, unflinching manner to reveal a side of America that many are not aware exists.
